Vibrational Sound is a holistic practice that uses vibration and sound healing to retune the body, mind, and spirit. This ancient practice uses vibrational healing techniques, therapeutic singing bowls, and other instruments on or around the body to create vibrations and tones that calm the nervous system and restore balance and harmony.

Stress creates an unhealthy flow of energy which can cause “dis-ease” mentally, emotionally, and physically. The vibrations received by the body can help release tension and move stagnant energy and the sound frequencies can activate the body's natural relaxation response, opening energy flow to move you back toward healthy alignment.
