Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle tones weave through the space, creating a sonic cocoon for healing, clarity, and peace. Embodied is a gentle, intentional movement practice designed to reconnect you with your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Through a nourishing blend of slow, somatic movement, supported postures, and mindful breathwork, this practice offers space to soften tension, soothe the nervous system, and deepen self-awareness. Rooted in presence rather than performance, Embodied invites you to explore sensation, emotion, and movement as they arise—welcoming all experiences with compassion and curiosity. There is no "right way" to move here—only your way. Open to all bodies, all backgrounds, and all levels of experience.

Restorative Yoga + Sound is a calming, heart-centered class designed to support your body, soothe your nervous system, and create space for healing—physically, emotionally, and energetically. We’ll settle into fully supported poses using props and gentle guidance, allowing the body to unwind without effort. Join Jenn for this unique experience of internal and external growth through the practice of yoga. In this class we will explore traditional and non-traditional yoga asana by looking inward to become aware of how our individual and unique body truly FEELS so that we can learn to let go of the struggle and begin to experience the beautiful connection of body, mind and spirit. You will leave with a new confidence in your body and a deeper understanding of yoga so that your practice can be sustainable. Take the time to commit to balancing your mind, body and spirit while building strength and flexibility. This is an all levels class and requires no previous yoga experience.

Warrior yoga Sculpt is a fusion workout that combines the benefits of yoga, strength and flexibility. •    Yoga Flows: Incorporates traditional yoga poses and sequences.  •    Strength Training: Includes exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, bicep/tricep curls, often with weights, rubber bands and props to enhance the workout. •    Improves flexibility and range of motion.  •    Builds muscle strength and endurance.  •    Provides a mental and physical challenge while increasing range of motion and flexibility for all muscle groups. Lori adds her 30 years in the health and wellness industry and combine even her somatic therapy and alignment principles to this amazing class.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided form of meditation done lying down, fully supported with blankets and props. While traditional meditation and Yoga Nidra both promote relaxation and awareness, they differ in structure and intention. In this class, you’ll be guided into a state between waking and sleeping, where your nervous system can truly reset and your subconscious becomes more accessible. In essence, Yoga Nidra gently carries you where traditional meditation sometimes asks you to climb. It’s effortless, deeply restorative, and accessible to everyone. As you rest in this space, Jan will weave in sound healing using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and more, to support emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep inner peace. This practice is especially beneficial for: 🌀 Calming anxiety or stress 💤 Improving sleep and nervous system function 🌿 Releasing emotional blockages 💖 Connecting to inner wisdom and intuition No movement is required—just arrive, get cozy, and allow yourself to receive.

Unwind and restore with this calming blend of Yin and Restorative yoga. This class combines grounding Yin poses, held for several minutes to gently stretch the connective tissues and release tension with supported Restorative postures that promote deep relaxation and nervous system reset, using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to create a sense of ease and comfort. Ideal for all levels, this slow-paced class is perfect for those seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, and a mindful pause from the demands of daily life.

One of the best things about a Pilates workout is that it conditions the whole body. It focuses the breath with concentration, balance, and control. If you are looking to strengthen your core, improve your posture, tone your muscles, feel more energized and just have a little fun, Pilates may be for you. Yoga and Pilates share many qualities and benefits. In fact, many people see these as complementary practices and choose to do both for optimal mental and physical fitness. Pilates is a journey of self-discovery. Simply by doing the work, gradually, something great begins to happen. Move at your own pace. All levels are welcome.

Flow and surrender in this deeply nourishing practice that blends the active, warming movements of a gentle flow with the quiet, cooling stillness of yin yoga. We will begin with mindful, breath-connected movement promoting flexibility, balance and strength while inviting the mind to become present and calm. As we move throughout practice we will settle into longer-held yin postures to target the body’s deep connective tissues focusing on flexibility and mobility. Props may be used to enhance your practice and allow you to settle into poses, relax deeply and release tension. This practice is a perfect balance of effort and ease designed to leave you feeling balanced, nourished, and at grounded. Ideal for all levels.

Metamorphosis is a yin style class that incorporates pranayama, asana, chakra & elemental rebalancing, astrology, moon cycling, energy work, aromatherapy & sound healing. All of these modalities are woven in for a transformative experience, leaving you feeling more peaceful and aligned. Katherine is a RYT-200 Hr, priestess, shaman, RMT and tantrica. Her vast array of training and experiences are all part of her yoga classes and workshops, giving participants multiple ways of receiving what they are divinely aligned with.
