Somatic Sound

Somatic Sound is a mind-body practice that uses sound, vibration, and healing frequency music to promote positive emotional, physical, and energetic shifts.

In this offering, tuning forks,  sound bowls, and other high vibration instruments will be used on or around the body to bring awareness to the internal experience. By noticing changes in the breath or the physical sensations that arise, we begin to understand the signals our body sends about pain, discomfort, or imbalances which can help release old patterns and trauma, deepen intuition, and restore balance in the body, mind, and nervous system.

We will close with a relaxing sound journey to help shift the mind and body into a state of regeneration. Sound healing can help to lower stress and anxiety, process and release negative emotions, and help the body return to a natural, harmonious state.
