On Thursday, April 25 at 4:00 PM, Zeena, Jenny, and Jan will guide you through a deeply restorative outdoor sound healing experience, weaving together the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and sacred instruments.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of our garden space, you’ll be invited to relax, release, and receive. Let the healing frequencies wash over you—clearing energy, calming your nervous system, and reconnecting you to the present moment.
Chairs will be available, but feel free to bring your own chair, yoga mat, or blanket—whatever helps you settle in and feel supported.
