Sacred Rest is designed to restore your nervous system and nourish your whole being through the healing arts of restorative yoga, intuitive energy work, and therapeutic sound and touch.
In this 90-minute experience, Zeena will guide you through supported postures that invite the body to soften, unwind, and open to stillness, while soothing tones calm the mind and harmonize your energy.
As you rest, Jenny offers intuitive energy healing, gentle adjustments, and light massage — releasing tension and restoring balance throughout body and soul.
