About the event

In today’s fast-paced world, our nervous system is constantly stimulated, often leading to stress, fatigue, and a sense of imbalance. This 5-class Raja Yoga workshop is designed to gently guide you back to a state of inner steadiness, resilience, and clarity.


Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, Raja Yoga offers practical tools to harmonize the mind, breath, and body. Through a combination of conscious breathing (pranayama), gentle awareness practices, meditation, and subtle energy understanding, this series focuses on strengthening and soothing the nervous system.


Over the course of five sessions, you will learn how to:

• Calm the mind and reduce mental overactivity

• Regulate the breath to support emotional balance

• Build resilience to stress and external pressures
