About the event
Elevated Rest
Aerial Nest • Sound • Healing Touch
with Zeena & Jenny
Imagine being gently suspended in a soft aerial hammock, your body completely supported, the evening sky above you, and nothing left to do but let go.
This is Elevated Rest.
You’ll settle into your own aerial nest as sound and vibration move around and through you. Throughout the experience, intentional healing touch is woven in — inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the nervous system to finally exhale.
