Join Emma for a sunrise hike through the Sonoran desert landscape, allowing you to ground and reconnect with the rhythm of the earth. We will meet at the Apache Wash Trail Head in the Sonoran Preserve and hiking to the Ridgeback Overlook.

Along the way, we’ll pause for gentle yoga and breathwork, inviting balance and renewal through mindful movement. The experience will conclude with a sound healing session, using vibrational frequencies to calm the nervous system, enhance relaxation, and deepen your connection to nature.

Please bring water, warm clothes, a towel to sit on, and appropriate footwear for rocky terrain.
